Great, Kyle – thanks.
I’ll try that later, but will leave the topic open in case I have any more questions.
I had the same problem, but I’ve just updated the Swift Framework plugin from 1.42 to 1.51 and it all works fine now.
(I posted a reply earlier and ticked the ‘Set as private reply’ as it included my login details. Literally 5 minutes later, I saw I had a plugin update – as above. Spooky.)

Why did it suddenly stop working?
This reply has been marked as private.Rui,
For some reason, the link no longer works, although I haven’t changed the address of the FAQs page, which is ‘f-a-q-s’.
I’ve been using Check our FAQs page since July 9 with no problem, but suddenly it stopped working.
Any ideas why?

Great, thanks once again, Rui.
I got the link from YouTube.
I couldn’t see that format anywhere, unless I missed it?

I tried deactivating all the plug-ins, but then everything is switched off, including the video player. The only other way is to switch them off one-by-one to see if that resolves the problem, but that seems very laborious. I’ve also followed the help on the ‘error’ link and tried it on different browsers, including emptying cache, restarting etc.
Just to confirm – I’m using the Video Player in Elements on the Swift Page Builder, and the YouTube link https://youtu.be/aIOoDR2IQ3A,
which works fine on another platform (Weebly). It worked the other day on another test video, but then suddenly seemed to stop.
Thanks, Kyle.
So, as products are in categories and sub-categories, we have no choice but to use the Woocommerce category pages?
Or I could not assign products to categories and design my own pages, with sub-menus etc?
For help on the Woocommerce pages, I’ll presumably have to go on their support forum?
Great, that seems to have worked.
Thanks for your help, Kyle.

On the line: ‘[spb_text_block animation=”none” animation_delay=”0″ padding_vertical=”0″ padding_horizontal=”0″ width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]’, I’ve changed the width to “3/4”.
Is that the best and easiest solution?
