This sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes. We do provide support for small customizations but unfortunately this request is beyond that. Please see our general policy and guidelines for more info. This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.
Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.

That’s definitely a plugin conflict.
Can you let me know which plugin it was that caused the website to break?
What you can do is access your WordPress’ plugin folder via FTP and temporarily rename the plugin folder or delete it from your plugin directory to make sure it’s deactivated.You can access the folder yourinstallation > wp-content > plugins
If you need help with that, let us know your FTP and wp-admin login details in a private reply and we will deactivate it for you.
You won’t be able to use the plugin anymore I’m afraid.Cheers
