Super Search Not Sorting Properly

I’m using custom attributes per product. This site sells chocolate, so some bars contain almonds, some coconut. My Super Search allows the customer to select chocolate that contains (select contents, i.e.. coconut, almonds, etc…) However, the results bring back all items. Not sure how to correct this custom sorting/filtering issue??

If I add the WooCommerce Layered Nav widgets to a sidebar (footer, in my case), Super Search works.

Hope that helps you, or someone else.

Not a fix, in my opinion, but should lead you down the road to a releasable fix.
