    Hello Melanie,
    I have figured it out. I went into the swift page builder and picked shop products mini. Then I edit it and type in the category I want into the product category option and it worked fine. Thanks for taking time out to try to look further, but I got this! No seriously THANKS!

    Hello Melanie or support staff,
    Want to know how to place specific products on the page. For example I want to put vaporizer products on the vaporizer page. I have tried to use shortcodes to place them on the page and it has been a no go. Can someone help me please?

    Thank You for taking a look into my problem. I have realized what the problem was when choosing variable products, I was not putting the price in each variation attribute. I have now done this and so far it has worked just fine. Thank You Melanie for your patience, time and support.It is greatly appreciated.

    Yes I did Melanie. The values actually show up on the page but it is not a drop down menu. They show sizes under “Additional Information” like this–8|9|10|.

    Hello Dejavu, That sounds odd. Have you tried going to visit the site, then find shop-2 page and hit edit page at the top and then change the name, maybe that might help. I am not support but may I ask,how far are you in completing your website?

    I did not type anything in the ids. I put it in like this–[products ids=”” vaporizers=””]. Could you tell me the correct way I am supposed enter in the categories using shortcodes? Thanks

    Thank You Ed,
    I have entered the shortcodes but they still do not put the right products in. I clicked on woo and chose [products ids=”” skus=””] and tried to enter in the category and only one product showed up.[products ids=”” vaporizers=””]. Do you have any tips?
    I have another issue. How can I create a drop down menu to choose sizes and colors on products?

    When the xml file is uploaded correctly. the page will look exactly like the demo? Because I uploaded the xml file, I received some of the images from the demo. My page is developing well despite minor issues with product IDs and sizes and colors. But I would like to make sure if it installed correctly.

    I have found the documentation and it has been very helpful. I will set my site according to the documentation and go from there. You guys have been very cooperative and helpful.

    Hello Support,
    Thank You for your help. It is installed, I installed it through file manager in the hosting and it worked. I zipped up the theme file and extracted it in file manager. But the content is scrambled up, it does not look like the demo you guys made. It looks like the content is there but it is scrambled up and there are no pictures.
