OK, thanks for the info, bonusdeluxe. Are you using the child theme?
Regards
NathanI’m having the same problem and I’m using v1.2. See attached image.
Thank you, Melanie!
Regards,
NathanThat did the trick.
Thanks Ed!
-NathanHi Luke,
I’m having the same problem with WPML and the Neighborhood theme. Were you able to fix this or did you hear back from WPML on this issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Nathan
Hi Lena,
I had the same problem. The theme conflicts somewhere with plug-ins, especially WooCommerce extensions. What worked for me was to select all of my plugins, deactivate them and then activate the theme. If you’re using a child theme activate at this point, if not, go back and activate your plug-ins.
I should also mention that if you are using WooCommerce and/or any WooCommerce extensions you’ll need to activate Twenty Twelve temporarily while you activate all your plugins. Once all your plugins are activated you can then go back and activate the Neighborhood theme.
Hope that helps,
NathanHi there Bitshok –
What I did was use the images found in neighborhood/images/preset-backgrounds and uploaded the ones I wanted on the Theme Options/Asset Background Options page in the Alt Background Image section.
Hope that helps,
NathanThanks for the reply. I’ve figured it out by changing the hook in the Subscriptions plugin so that it loads only in the Woocommerce orders page. Not the prettiest fix but it’ll do.
Thanks,
-NathanHi Melanie,
OK, so is there a fix for it? The live demo for the theme does the same thing. See attached image or try emptying the cart in the live demo on Theme Forest.

Hi Vladimir,
Thanks for the reply. I’m going to investigate some more. If I find a fix I’ll let you know in case you want to use it.
-NathanHi Melanie,
Unfortunately, I can’t since I’m working on a local environment. It happened in v1.1 and still in v1.2. The ‘clear shopping bag’ from the menu drop down works fine. However, whenever I empty the shopping bag on the shopping bag page, the footer floats up.
If I’m still having the problem once I go live I’ll send you a link.
Thanks,
NathanHi Vladimir,
Are you using the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension? If so, is the ‘my-subscriptions.php’ template being loaded globally on the ‘My Account’ page?
For me, it’s loading on top of all the tabbed content (My Orders, Address Book, Change password etc.) and I can’t figure out how to load it only in the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab content I’ve created. (See attachment)
Any help would be appreciated.

NathanHey, Nick. Sounds like a plug-in conflict to me. The support team will be able to help you I’m sure.
In the meantime, if you remember the last plug-in you activated, delete it from your WP plug-ins folder and try logging in.
-NathanOK, thanks for the update, Mike. Hopefully they’ll include the update in the next version of the theme.
