Google Analytics is working on my site for visits, but the e-commerce tracking is not working. I don’t think the problem is theme related, but has to do with changes Google has made.

I am using Yoast’s Google Analytics for WordPress which adds the tracking code, so I haven’t included it in the theme settings or WooCommerce.

This article may help figure out the problem:

    Hi there Vladimir,
Which code are you referring to? I don’t think adding the coupon form can be done with the Checkout Field Editor plugin. I’m not 100% sure but I think you would need to modify the WooCommerce templates and add the relevant code for the coupon form on the checkout/#review page. I haven’t investigated this but I imagine there is a WooCommerce action for the coupon form that could be included on the template.

    Hi there,

Yes, this is happening on my site as well. I only notice it on the home page with the ‘Latest articles’ and ‘Featured Post’ sections. For me these images never load in IE10. I haven’t noticed any problems on the rest of our site.

    Hi there,

You can add a filter and a hooked function to the functions.php file.

See this example code for help:

Yeah, I tried that. Doesn’t help, at least on my setup (Windows 7 x64 and IE10). Strange. It only happens on the home page. I’ve tried on the two computers I have and they both show broken image links.

    Hi,

Sure thing. I’ve attached a screen shot of what it looks like before clicking on the next or previous arrows. If I click to view the next/previous product, the image explodes, so to speak, and a really low-res image takes up the entire screen.

    Hi Ed,

After a lot of digging around, I believe I finally found what was causing this. In the last update of the Groups for WooCommerce plugin, a ‘Force registration on checkout’ option was added to the settings and was activated by default. Guest checkout now works with that option deactivated. So, consider my problem resolved. I still have to see whether this option in the plugin affects they way subscription-based purchases are handled, but that’s a question for the plugin author.

By the way, I’m unable to get to the checkout on the Themeforest demo. I can add some items to the shopping bag, but every time I try to go to checkout, the shopping bag is emptied and I’m redirected to the Shop page.

The other thing I’ve noticed is that the ‘Checkout as guest’ option is always visible on the My Account page when going through the checkout, even when the ‘Enable guest checkout’ is not activated in the WooCommerce settings. This could be confusing for customers, especially on sites that do not allow guest checkouts.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi there,

I’m not sure what’s going on, but there are a few things you might want to look at. Have you checked the ‘WooCommerce Options’ in the theme options? You can set the sidebar configuration and which sidebars to use for the left and right. If you have chosen the WooCommerce sidebar in the them options, have you added widgets to that sidebar in Appearance/Widgets?

I may be wrong, but it also looks like you also need to ‘Enable WooCommerce CSS’ on the WooCommerce/Setings page.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks for the reply. I’ve finally found the culprit. There’s a conflict between WooCommerce and the WP Download Manager plugin on the login page. I’ve contacted the plugin developer about this. If I find a fix, I’ll post it here in case others are in the same boat.

    Thanks,
    Nathan

OK, thanks for the reply. It also happens with the main (parent) Neighborhood and Twenty Twelve themes activated. I’m not sure what could be causing this. If you can think of anything, please let me know.

    Thanks Melanie.

    Hi there,

OK, so I’ve been trying to solve this problem but have not had any luck. The problem is there when the main theme is activated as well. The strange thing is that the error is only for the password and not the username (ass you can see in the attachment in my first message). I have ‘enable guest checkout’ checked in the WooCommerce settings but it’s acting as if it wasn’t.

I’ve re-upoladed and overwritten all of the files for v1.2. FYI, I have made minor changes (heading titles were changed) to the my-orders.php and my-account.php templates. I don’t think this would be a problem, but maybe I’m wrong.

What else is strange is that if I disable ‘enable guest checkout’, the option to checkout as a guest still appears in the checkout page when I attempt a test purchase. I’m not sure what else to do.

Hahaha! OK, thanks for letting me know. I am using a child theme, though I’m not sure that has anything to do with this problem. I did modify the My Account page, but I don’t think that would affect the checkout pages. I guess I’ll have to investigate some more.
