That makes perfect sense, as I had to clear browser cache on the other projects I was working on when you released the fix on Swift Framework last week. I forgot about this when I was testing yesterday and this morning. Must remember to do this going forward. Thanks David!

What did you do? I tested the About Us page this morning and nothing I did would save – now it does?

Hey guys – I’m not having the same problem – only worse – with NOTA. See http://wp001.ntxwd.com – same credentials as above.

This is our first time to use NOTA – and this problem just started late last week – maybe about the same time you put out the latest release of Swift Framework???

Is this a known issue – one that you’re aware of and working on???

Congratulations – I think you got it! I installed this latest release on three different websites using Atelier and Cardinal, with version 4.7.5 and 4.8 – and saw NO problem. Swift Framework worked as it always has – great job guys! Mike

I just want you to know that I’ve NOT updated any of my WordPress websites from 4.7.5 – and this issue you’re trying to fix is affecting not only WordPress sites with version 4.8 – but all versions still on 4.7.5. I had a client who called me last last night on a site I had just built for her – she was doing her own maintenance – she was so proud to be able to do things herself. She was crying because she had destroyed her beautiful new website (http://shoalcreekproofreading.com). I easily restored her broken pages, then uploaded Swift Framework 2.5.32. Lastly, I had to clear browser history. With version 2.5.32, she is now able to edit her website successfully. I fear I’m going to get numerous calls today as clients familiar with editing their websites do the same thing as Beth did yesterday. I love your templates – and I’ve loved Swift Framework. I sure wish you guys the best of luck in fixing this issue SOON! Mike

David – from your personal experience, who offers the best WordPress hosting?

    David,

you can chalk this one up to me being stupid – I should’ve never upgraded to Windows 10 3 weeks ago. I lost a couple of hours reverting back to Windows 7, but I’m now able to edit any page or post – this had nothing to do with Atelier or Swift Framework – which you already knew!

Sorry but thanks for your prompt assistance!

David – it appears I’ve wasted your time. I’ve discovered that I can edit any page from any other computer, so it appears to be something new/recent with my computer. While I don’t expect you to solve this issue, if you’ve encountered this before and have any suggestions, they would be really appreciated – otherwise – sorry for wasting your time. Mike

By the way, I’ve cleared all browser history from both browsers, flushed DNS and restarted my router – nothing seems to make any difference???

    David,

Primarily I use Chrome, but I’m getting the same issue on Fire Fox.

    David,

I cannot explain why you can’t replicate this problem. I cannot edit any page on this site, or two other sites i recently launched – they just spin and spin and Swift Page Builder never opens.

All are on managed WordPress, which already comes with 256M memory – as i’m sure you already know.

I’m going to overwrite Atelier and Swift Page Builder with an older version to see if this fixes the problem – will let you know.

David – I’ve added this statement to the wp-config.php file, but nothing changes. This is issue is not limited to this one site, nor this one server.

    Ed & Mohammad –

I’ve discovered a temporary fix to the Mega Menu issue – just revert Mega Menu back to version 2.0.2. It’s not a good long term fix, but it’s an excellent short term fix.

Works both for Cardinal and Atelier.
