There must definitely be a bug in the system, as now part of the sentences are being cut off.
I followed the procedure as explained earlier. The back end looks fine, but at the front end, a number of words are missing at the end of several lines. See attached screen grabs.

I used the Swift Page Builder and the formatting is fine. However, although the long description only appears once, the short description now appears twice!
See screen grab.

When I wrote the long description using the Classic Editor, I lost a lot of the formatting. See attached screen grab.
When I deleted the long description and wrote it again using the Swift Page Builder and a text box, the formatting remained. However, the description was duplicated, with the old unformatted description remaining above the new one.
How do you recommend writing the descriptions in the top box – with the Classic Editor or with the Swift Page Builder?

Thanks, Rui.
I’ve added the custom css option in Theme Options/Custom CSS.
I see the FAQs in Modal 4 Content, but how do I add a add a link there to the existing FAQs page? What code?
I’m still having trouble with this.
Looking at the attached screen grab, how do I delete ‘My Downloads’ and how do I edit the questions and answers in ‘Frequently Asked Questions’?
There is already a FAQs page on our site and I’ve edited those questions and answers but on this (My Account) page, although they appear to be in the same format, it hasn’t changed them on there.
Do I need to edit my-account.php via FTP?

I want to change the Frequently Asked Questions on the My Account page.
Is that a similar answer to before? Do I have to change my Atelier theme to a child theme?
Also, I’ve sent myself a test email using the Email Customer Care link on the My Account page, but it hasn’t come through yet, after 30 minutes. Where do I check that it is set to the correct email address?
