My apologies for not clarifying. I understand you need to see it wrong in order to help, however, since I don’t know when you will be able to assess it, is it possible for you to change it and preview the page to see the error? I do not want to change it now and have the page be live with poor formatting for an extended period of time.
Yes, I know they are not the same. When I attempted to make them the same the bulleting was too off so I was required to revert back to the paragraph font and not <h4>. To clarify, the CSS you provided worked for the test page, but not the other page even after I changed it to the <h4> font. I understand CSS is universal, which is why I submitted a ticket because it SHOULD work.
This reply has been marked as private. It is should be. Everything is standard across our site, which why i am not sure why it’s different.
I must be missing something.
I have uploaded these images:
http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Request_Demo_Button_1-03.png
http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Client_Login_1-04.pngThese are the exact same size, all I have done is change the color and text. However, when updating the link in the code the buttons do not seem to change whatsoever. I have even gone into an incognito window because I thought it might be cached. But it still shows the buttons as the original size. Is there somewhere else that the size should be changed within the code?
Hello,
Here are the buttons I have uploaded:
http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/RequestDemo.Button-01.png
http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Client_Login_Button-02.pngAnd changed them (see attached) section of sf-header.php, but after hitting update they dont seeem to change. I am doing something wrong? Is there somewhere else these images need to be changed?
Thanks

This is near perfect, but there is no indentation between the segmented bullets, or stacked rows if you will – see attached. Im sorry if this was not clear from the beginning.

You must be logged in to view attached files.I did not, we would like there to be an indentation for the second set, as normal bullets are. What we are trying to get rid of is the large space between rows. See attatched.

You must be logged in to view attached files. My apologies, I didn’t change the font to the desired font. It is now set as “Heading 4.” So if you preview the page you will see the funky formatting.
I would be happy to do that. It is created and called “Test Page.” I copied the content over that in question.
I understand. There seems to be a lot of confusion and disconnect here. Let me start at the beginning. The bullets are not aligning correcting when we use the font entitled “Heading 4” on our page, tsihealthcare.com/qpcentral. When we use this font the bullet and text are on different lines. Please see the attached image. The first code you provided on April 7, worked for some of the bullets but not all and you will notice that there was still a lot of space between the lines. We would like the lines butted up against one another as they are in the current “Paragraph” font. This has been going on for a month now, and I really need a resolution by tomorrow. Thanks.
