    hello,
I am having issues with two custom buttons that we have in the header of our website. I have exported the button images as the same size and tried different sizes as well, however after uploading and switching them out the blue “Client Login” seems to scale-up larger than the green “Request Demo” even though they are the exact same size. How would we be able to fix this so that they are the same size when uploading them.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

The images don’t seem to have the same size, can you confirm again to see the 2 image dimensions before uploading?
Try to trim the transparent area in photoshop leaving only the button.

    Hello,
Here are the buttons I have uploaded:
    http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/RequestDemo.Button-01.png
    http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Client_Login_Button-02.png

And changed them (see attached) section of sf-header.php, but after hitting update they dont seeem to change. I am doing something wrong? Is there somewhere else these images need to be changed?

    Thanks

The login button has a greater height, being 155×52 vs the green button of 151×46.

I would not recommend you use images to create buttons. We supply the shortcode builder to allow you to create menu items.

    Thanks.

    I must be missing something.

    I have uploaded these images:
    http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Request_Demo_Button_1-03.png
    http://tsihealthcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Client_Login_1-04.png

These are the exact same size, all I have done is change the color and text. However, when updating the link in the code the buttons do not seem to change whatsoever. I have even gone into an incognito window because I thought it might be cached. But it still shows the buttons as the original size. Is there somewhere else that the size should be changed within the code?

    Hi,

You should not be editing the code in the parent theme, this should be in the child theme. I’d check in the child theme functions.php file to see if you are overriding the function.

Who did this previously, you should consult them or look to work with a developer.

    Thanks.
