January 11, 2016 at 11:25 pm in reply to: Swift Page Builder Stopped Working After Upgrading to WP 4.3 & Pinpoint 1.66 #239607
Hi. I have swift page builder non-responsive, stopped working, after WP 4.4.1 and Pinpoint 1.70 updates.
Should I begin a new thread or request for that, or is this a good place for that question? Thanks,
Thank you for the code. It worked well for awhile (with minor adjustments), but stopped after an update. Now, I cannot seem to save any CSS at all in the editcss section. Should I begin or search that topic now, then return for adjusting the spacing in the menu bar? Thank you.
Howdy. I’m having the same situation. When I tried the custom css all of the page titles showed on line 1 correctly, but the search option (magnifying glass icon) moved to the middle of the second row when applied. I removed the css code for now so the ‘contact’ item is back on line 2. Any suggestions? In the meantime I will continue searching through the forum. Thank you. http://www.tcatexas.org/
April 2, 2015 at 2:40 am in reply to: Auto-populate today's date in Gravity Forms (using PinPoint Theme) #162724Thank you! I see that the date field does auto-populate now. However, the date appears to be ahead by one day (or maybe just a few hours). I say that because when I checked in the morning the date was correct (4/01), but now in the evening/night it is displaying “tomorrow” or 4/02. My (current) local time is 2130 hours, or 9:30 pm CST; so, it’s still April 1.
On a side note, is there a tip on making the entry boxes less wide? They are so wide that it seems to push the year field onto a second line. That’s not so important, and it can wait; but, if there is a quick fix for that, I’m willing to learn.
Thanks again for your speedy support! It is very much appreciated.
Thank you. It has been frustrating on our part, but I’m beginning to understand how this all works. I appreciate the information regarding this concern, and will carry on with more specific inquiries regarding the pinpoint theme/swiftpagebuilder within a separate thread/forum/post.
Thank you. Yes, I’ve been told (after purchase of PinPoint theme from Envato/ThemeForest) that I will need a separate purchase key/code. It would’ve been great if that information was available before purchasing because we have a message in wordpress admin area that reads:
Hi! Would you like to activate your version of Revolution Slider to receive automatic updates & get premium support? This is optional and not needed if the slider came bundled with a theme.
The message will not go away. And you are saying that I have to pay an extra fee to buy it individually to get rid of this message and get auto-updates.
And, installing the update to rev slider, wiped out all my old sliders which allowed me to work over the weekend. So, thanks for that.
I need the NEW license information to be reflected for the PinPoint theme. Do I need to uninstall the current PinPoint theme and re-install to make this happen – if yes, what information will be lost?
The purchase code is not working for Revolution slider. Thanks.
November 14, 2014 at 6:20 pm in reply to: Pinpoint theme – install error / Rev Slider – product key invalid #128497Yes, we purchased Revolution Slider with the PinPoint theme in a package – so there is not anything in CodeCanyon. How do I get the website to reflect the updated version of both theme and the slider? Nothing is available in CodeCanyon because it was a package deal. When I try to upload the theme, I get an install error – theme not installed. When i try to enter the info into Revolution Slider I get an error saying product key is invalid. I have only one purchase code from Swift – for the pinpoint theme with rev slider package. Thanks.
We paid for PinPoint theme with Revolution Slider inclcuded? There is an old version of both currently being used – both of which need updates. Trying to install the theme gives me an error – theme did not install. Do I need to uninstall the theme first, then upload? And what damage will that cause to any custom settings? Thanks.
My company uses Pinpoint theme/revolution slider, but stopped receiving auto updates. So, we purchased a new license because was told old one expired. Now, install errors for pintpoint theme, and revolution slider says invalid purchase code. I am not a developer – just maintain the site. I know we are not using the latest versions of either and can’t seem to activate either of them. Where do I get help for this stuff?
