No, that’s not it. The website is on a new server WPengine so it’s really fast, but there’s still a problem of the content flashing. I think it has to do with a HTTP error 301 moved, but I’m not sure why this is. If you look at the Network Tab of Chrome Dev tools, you can see this issue.
Thanks lexikonmusic, the website is actually running on a VPS with MediaTemple so it should be faster, but I will be changing hosts if this “content flashing” issue doesn’t get resolved.
You can see this clearly happening on the homepage and some subpages like /magazine/ , /collections/
Yes, the problem of “flashing” occurs regardless if the CDN and Caching is enabled.

I have a similar issue with my content loading, disappearing and showing up after 1-3 seconds.
I’ve spent hours trying to find a solution. Can you troubleshoot this for me? The URL is
http://revelryhouse.comI checked the console for errors and don’t get the jquery errory.
Thanks!
Same issue here running on a VPS. On top of that, I get some content to load, then it disappears and shows everything else after 1-3 seconds.
Hey, just another theme user here.
I looked at http://conekt.co and the reason your scrolling is slow is because of the LARGE images files. Conekt_city_page*.jpgare all > 300kb. That home page is 4.2mb which is A LOT if you expect it to scroll smoothly.Hello, I’m having a similar ‘jumping menu’ issue on Safari 5.1.10 for OSX 10.6. and how do you get safari v6?
