I have installed and set up contact form 7 and it sends emails from this URL http://theiii.net/home/contact
But when if you try to send an email from the form you see when you just go to the front page theiii.net it doesn’t work any ideas why this might be?
Does this theme automatically come with contact form 7? I never installed it and I don’t see it installed in my plugins. Where is the documentation for ability? I can’t seem to find it.
Yes the recovery password emails work. They said that the email form should have nothing to do with the web server can you explain/be more specific about how the email form works with my server?
Perhaps it’s coincidental that it stopped working after I changed domain I hadn’t tried it in a long time.
I don’t have any plugins installed so how would I figure out who developed the contact form plugin that your theme is using? I contacted my hosting company and they told me the issue was with the theme so what should I ask them to help me with when I call back?
Maybe I typed it in wrong but make sure you’re going to theiii.net there has to be three Is as in the roman numeral 3
That seems to have fixed it, thank you.
How do I do this with out losing all the setting and content I set up with my current installation of the theme?
Maybe you should pass this over to someone who speaks better english I need this issue resolved ASAP and I don’t have time to wait 3 days for a response only for you to ask for information I already clearly gave.
If this issue can’t be resolved I want my money back for the theme.
If you read my response it says I tried both firefox and chrome and it wouldnt consistently embed properly in either.
Ok well I assure you I’m not making it up. I’ve tried it on other computers on chrome and mozilla and I keep getting the same effect. It’s like once I open portfolio item the chance of the video embedding when I open another greatly decreases and I have to refresh to open another. Try opening all the portfolio items one after another with out refreshing and eventually one of them will not embed correctly. The only portfolio item with out a video embeded in it is the one that says COMPLEX otherwise all the others should have vimeo or youtube videos embeded. I have just reproduced the error and took a screen shot of what it looks like when it doesn’t embed and what it should look like.
October 23, 2013 at 9:46 am in reply to: Menu settings don't look the same as in documentation #27950Thanks I think that fixes everything. I’ve noticed a new problem though. My portfolio boxes seem be broken up by white spaces. It’s supposed to be rows of three and I have 9 portfolio items currently but instead of doing three rows of three it’s breaking them up into a row 3, a row of 1, another row of 3, and a row of two…

Sometimes Video embeds don’t load in the portfolio items. It was a nightmare trying to get a custom showcase background. Once you click one of the preset showcase backgrounds it won’t let you upload a custom one with out resetting the theme options. After clicking a portfolio item the page will randomly jump up and down which is pretty annoying when trying to watch a video. I’m really regretting buying this theme. It’s been one month since I asked for help with the service and about pages and so far no one has gotten back to me.
