My bad! Thanks Rui. I somehow had uploaded an older version of the my-orders.php to my child theme and that was causing the problems.
All fixed now!

October 30, 2014 at 8:01 am in reply to: New user registration not working – Neighborhood v1.94 and WC v2.2.7 #124369I just updated to Neighborhood v1.95 and confirm that this is still not working. New users can register in 2014 theme but not in Neighborhood, so this is definitely a theme issue.
Please look into this ASAP. Without a functional user registration we will have to cancel a special shop offer we have scheduled for 31st October.
Thanks

Just tested with TwentyFourteen enabled and I am able to register new users. I switched back to Neighborhood 1.94 and was unable to register a new user. It doesn’t seem to be submitting the form.
Thanks,

Unfortunately, the problem persists even after a fresh install. Did you happen to send my an older version as well? If so, can I get the correct latest version when you have a chance?
Thanks – Nathan

The latest version for download on Theme Forest is 1.70. Can you please send me the latest version?
FYI, the last two times I’ve updated the theme via the WordPress admin screen I’ve had problems with some files not being overwritten correctly. I fixed the issues both times by uploading theme files via FTP.
Thanks,
NathanThanks Kyle. I’ll have to ask Ed for the new CSS file because that seems to be the problem. The latest version in Theme Forest is 1.70.

Yeah, sorry not to clarify. The mobile and desktop breakpoints work correctly, but not the @media tablet breakpoint. Both orientations on the iPad display the menu in the open position and the menu icon does nothing. (See screenshots)

Yes, Mohammad. All issues have been resolved. Uploading the theme files via FTP seems to have fixed everything.
Thanks.
I overwrote the theme files via FTP and everything seems to be working correctly now. Something must’ve gone wrong with the update process through the WP admin.
Thanks!
I figured out the problem with this. It was an outdated MOD_SECURITY core rulset on my server. I had the host update and whitelist jquery-cookie.min.js and everything int he shop is working correctly now.
Feel free to mark topic as resolved.
Thanks!
