Hi Ed, yeah attached a screenshot

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi Ed, the other problem as mentioned here….the backend Header Options tab is messed up and only looks right when you resize the screen to about the size of a tablet. Otherwise the text and inputs are shunted over to the left. It’s annoying/difficult to use. On a Mac with Firefox.
So you meant that any size would be fine and that the theme would simply reduce it to the maximum size? Because that just gave us a squashed logo…
I had to inspect the theme with Firebug to see what the pixel size was as I didn’t see any mention of it on the theme/documentation? Either way, that size as it is is actually perfect for us, just providing this as feedback to you guys 🙂
Hi Rui, your colleague has not come back on this?
Hm, I created one attribute, and others appeared out of nowhere…from the original installation perhaps. But why did they suddenly appear!?
The logo…but it says in the Theme Options, Logo Upload your logo here (any size).? In the theme documentation too…
I have also just uploaded a different sized logo to demonstrate what happens with this separate problem. It has become squashed unless you resize the screen…

Try This Solution #168286Thanks Rui, Shop with left Sidebar is now there with the product listings, but only displaying the price slider and nothing else in the sidebar? Just checked it on another computer also.

One thing I have noticed, many of the “Shop” drop down menu items don’t link to anywhere? Shop Left Sidebar, Shop Right Sidebar etc. Strangely, the first time we installed the theme, these pages were working! Any ideas? Thanks.

Try This Solution #167801Another issue, which I’m not sure if it’s related to this installation problem, but each time we have uploaded the theme whilst trying to do this, we see what look like resizing problems. The logo is ‘squashed’ when viewing on a normal sized computer screen (Mac). Resizing the screen smaller snaps the logo into the correct dimensions. The only way I got around this was to see what size the logo was in this resized state, and create a new logo to exactly those dimenions…that can’t be what’s supposed to happen though right!?
A similar thing happens in the backend. Under Theme options, ‘Header Options’ all of the titles here are squashed over to the left hand side. Resizing the screen again as before snaps this into what looks like a tablet layout and the options are readable again.
This has been like this on every installation we have done of Neighborhood (which is a lot)

Many thanks.
April 22, 2015 at 10:07 pm in reply to: Having Problems or Issues with XML Demo Content Upload? Try This Solution #167467Also, I see the latest version of Neighborhood is v2.16? Does this get automatically applied to the themes when installed? Our documentation says ‘Neighborhood Documentation by Swift Ideas v1.02’ yet we purchased after the v2.16 date…
April 22, 2015 at 9:56 pm in reply to: Having Problems or Issues with XML Demo Content Upload? Try This Solution #167465I’m getting pretty frustrated with this. This isn’t the only premium theme we’ve used, yet this is the only one we’re still stuck on getting the Demo content installed…let alone move onto doing the actual styling of our brand…
The XML files don’t install properly, using full or the part versions. I’ve just tried installing the alt version and that has failed messages and also none of the “Home” page options. So now I have to reset the entire WordPress before trying this again, so as not to duplicate many Menu items.
I can’t skip to different pages on this support forum thread without going page by page as it only shows page 1 or two of the last pages. Come on guys! This is not great so far.
I see instructions for changing the upload limit, but this was written in 2013. I’ve spoken to our webhosts, they seem to say there’s no limits that would affect things their end.
Can anyone help? Is there a support email address? :/
