    Thank you!
We can already change the permalinks with the other custom posts. Would you include it for FAQ custom posts in next updates? Could you please share this feature with the developers?

    Best regards!

In this page you will find a page with the element FAQ http://calendartosms.com/ayuda/

And in http://calendartosms.com/faqs-sitemap.xml you will find the URL’s generated by the theme

    http://calendartosms.com/?post_type=faqs
    http://calendartosms.com/?faqs=que-es-necesario-para-que-funcione-calendar-sms
    http://calendartosms.com/?faqs=como-crear-un-nuevo-calendario-para-las-citaseventos-que-tendran-alertas
    http://calendartosms.com/?faqs=como-cambar-el-color-asociado-un-calendario-en-particular

For SEO reasons, I would like to have URL’s like calendartosms.com/ayuda/como-cambiar-el-color-asociado-un-calendario-en-particular

It is possible to change the Permalinks in other Custom Posts but no in FAQ.

By the way: this is the second Cardinal license I buy. I think it is one of the best themes nowadays and with a great support.

Hey!!! Now it is working. I have just switched off most of the plugins and swichted them on later and now it is working.

I also installed in another server the Cardenal Theme with the “Corporate Five” example and configured it with WPML and It was working right. Then I came back to my site, switched off the plugins and turn them on and It was working. Also I changed some parameters in WPML but later I left them as It was before!

I will make some more tests. Thank you

Thank you Ed for your answer. Two weeks later and the WPML support is missing. They have forwarded this case to our Themes & Plugins Compatibility Team but still no answer.

    Hello,

Today I am out of office but I have updated the theme from my mobile and the problem is not solved.

In a previous message you have a user and password with administrative permissions. If you need anything more, you can contact me. I will be working the whole weekend with this site.

    Best regards.

    Hello Rui,

it is not solved. The support team in WPML tell me the folowing:

“I have forwarded this case to our Themes & Plugins Compatibility Team and they will contact the author.
Please note that this process may take a while as it depends on how soon the author will reply to our efforts to contact him.
It would be great if you can also contact the author asking him to reply us. This may help expedite the process.”

You can follow the problem and contact them in the thread https://wpml.org/es/forums/topic/imagenes-de-un-custom-post/

I need to solve this problem. My deadline is in one week. Best regards,

    Hello,

I can help you with the second point. You can order the Team elements and other Posts or custom posts with the plugin “Post Type Order”. You can download here https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/

    Best regards!

OK. I am in contact with the support team. They told me that the compatibility team is finishing with Cardinal Theme and there should not be any problem. Now they will check the installation. Best regards,

You were “half right”. After you told me that, I installed “WPML Media” plugin and configure it.

But It does not show the photos neither the links from “the name of the person” to the team element page works.

I have been testing all the day but I do not know what’s wrong with it. Each team element has their own page and all of them show the photos correctly. But the “Team element” does not show the photos.

Any idea? Could you please check it?

    Hello,

I found a solution for this problem. In my opinion, there is an error with the system you use to translate the theme to different languages. By deafult, if you want wordpress and the theme to be in other language (just one), it is not needed any plugin (WPML or similar). You just have to define the language in wp-config.php and have the right po files for the theme.

With the structure of your theme, wordpress does not know which file is the right one and cannot show the theme in the right language. There are several directories with language files and I suppose that you should tell wordpress where the right one is. I found this page that tells you must define the language directory in functions.php.

    MY SOLUITON

I installed this plugin CodeStyling Localization Preserver that forces wordpress to read the language file from /wp-content/languages/themes . So in this way, when I save the Spanish .po file in Codestyle Localization plugin, it copies the file to that directory.

This is “a plugin of a plugin” and Codestyle Localization plugin is needed.

I would say that I have translated at least 10 themes before and I have never had this problem before. So It is strange that no other have had this problem before.
