Hello Team!
I continue to develop my webpage. Today I installed the WPML plugin. It is the first time I create a multilanguage WordPress and I have spent the whole day learning about it.
But I have a problem with the “Team” element. You can check it in the homepage. The element does not show the photos. I have searched in the forum and I read that there were some problems with the “Portfolio” elements and the photos.
Could you please help me with this problem? Thank you in advance!

When the Wpml is deactive the images of the team appear.
Guess your WPML Media setup isn’t correct.Check first the WPML documentation about the media settings.
In fact guess you are missing this plugin

January 23, 2015 at 4:54 pm #143936You were “half right”. After you told me that, I installed “WPML Media” plugin and configure it.
But It does not show the photos neither the links from “the name of the person” to the team element page works.
I have been testing all the day but I do not know what’s wrong with it. Each team element has their own page and all of them show the photos correctly. But the “Team element” does not show the photos.
Any idea? Could you please check it?
January 26, 2015 at 2:30 pm #144345Hi,
Just checked all your settings and everything seems to be fine.
Can you please open a ticket in WPML support forum explaining this situation, so they can also look at it?Thanks
-Rui
January 26, 2015 at 6:24 pm #144457I have just sent a support ticket to WPML team. I hope to solve this problem fast. I will be back when WMPL solved the issue.
January 27, 2015 at 12:24 pm #144674Ok. Let us know what they say about it.

January 27, 2015 at 2:31 pm #144762OK. I am in contact with the support team. They told me that the compatibility team is finishing with Cardinal Theme and there should not be any problem. Now they will check the installation. Best regards,
January 27, 2015 at 2:39 pm #144764ok. Keep in touch.
-RuiFebruary 2, 2015 at 12:11 pm #146262Hello Rui,
it is not solved. The support team in WPML tell me the folowing:
“I have forwarded this case to our Themes & Plugins Compatibility Team and they will contact the author.
Please note that this process may take a while as it depends on how soon the author will reply to our efforts to contact him.
It would be great if you can also contact the author asking him to reply us. This may help expedite the process.”You can follow the problem and contact them in the thread https://wpml.org/es/forums/topic/imagenes-de-un-custom-post/
I need to solve this problem. My deadline is in one week. Best regards,
February 2, 2015 at 12:16 pm #146267Hi,
Yes, but their reply is very generic, don’t talk about any problem and possible solution.
Will forward this topic to the development team so they can reply with their opinion.
-RuiFebruary 2, 2015 at 3:29 pm #146396We have been in contact with WPML for the past few months – they have checked fully and the theme is 100% compatible. Apologies, their support is sometimes very off-point.
Have you enabled the team post type for translation in the WPML settings?

We’ve just pushed a new update for Cardinal. I think the version you have, had an issue with the image resize script in certain situations. Please can you update and check to see if that resolves it.
If not, I’ll check the code and get a fix sorted for you asap.
Thanks,
– Ed
