Breadcrumbs and title page in same line

In Cardinal theme, breadcrumbs and title page have their own “space”. In my opinion, it takes too much screen space and it would be better if they share “the same row”.
For example in Dante, they share the same space and also the theme add a background. It would be great if we could choose between both sub-header styles and also add a custom background.

Hey, might be tough to answer, but could you put a rough estimate on when this new feature will be available?

Building out a few sites at the minute and doing so with the new combined title bar/breadcrumbs feature in mind…

I’m afraid I’m not sure, I’ve added it to the feature request list, that the developer looks at and decided what to add. The problem with this, is it’s not really a feature request, it’s more of a design/layout change which a lot of customers wont be happy with if we change.

If you have planned sites to have the old style layout for page title & breadcrumbs you may need to edit the php files yourself

I was thinking it could just be an added option in the backend – So anyone using the current structure would not be affected.

People like me could just select an option and that would combine the page header and breadcrumbs into one line like Dante etc.

I honestly think a large amount of your customers will use this option if/when its introduced. All of the other major/successful themes use this structure for their title bar and breadcrumbs.
