Excellent!!! That did the trick. Once again, thank you very much for hanging in there to get this working. You are the best!
This reply has been marked as private.Oh darn. One last question. Can you imagine any reason why the “x” (to close the quick view window) would show when you open from the shop items on the home page but NOT from the shop page?
Strange…
It worked! I only had to do the first thing, which is to re-load the images. Thanks for the suggestion.
By the way, for neophytes like me, it might save you a lot of questions if you make a note in your theme documentation that you must switch to https in order to use WooCommerce. I never really thought about it until I couldn’t view the account page, etc.
Thanks again for your help! 🙂
Ed, thank you!!! Yes, it was the cache. (Duhhh…) I’m really, really happy about this, and I appreciate very much your working with me (and everyone else here) to get this plugin working.
Maybe this fix for this plugin would be a good thing for your knowledge base section, as I would think there must be more folks out there wanting this type of feature. (Or better yet, maybe a future release of your theme will incorporate it.)
Anyway, you have shown your support to be top notch here, and I can’t thank you enough for your help!
Ed,
There is no change at all for me. The button still only works randomly. 🙁 I’m surprised to hear it is working for anyone else.Just as an aside, someone said this to me – “it is listening for a click event to create the pop up, try attaching to mousedown instead. Moving panels shouldn’t be an issue then.” But I don’t know exactly what that means or how to address it. Do you think they were correct?
This reply has been marked as private. The quick view bar IS aligned properly (now). You are correct about that.
The problem is that the button does not actually work on click everywhere, depending upon what browser you use. I have had 3 other people (in completely different parts of the country) verify this.
In Safari, it only works in the exact right hand corner.
In Firefox, it works completely randomly. In Chrome it seems like it might work the first time on page load but not after that. Did you try clicking multiple times? I don’t have IE so I can’t test that but I figure if it doesn’t work on the other three then that is already a problem.
Thank you!

This reply has been marked as private.I just changed line 1057 as you instructed but I still get the same error when I put my URL into http://www.whynopadlock.com/index.html. I don’t think that made any difference.
This is so frustrating. Nobody wants to help. You guys won’t help and WooCommerce won’t help. This is what they said:
Thank you for contacting WooThemes support. I’m happy to help you with this.
Unfortunately we can’t support compatibility with 3rd party themes or customizations of this nature.
I do see the issue and would love to be able to further assist but unfortunately it’s beyond our support policy.
I can recommend any of our theme’s here at Woo where this isn’t an issue:

Melanie, do you suggest I change themes then, or what? I really need/want a quick view feature for my shop. This is so disappointing. I’ve tried 3 plugins, and nothing works with Neighborhood.
