    Hi,

    The updater may not work on local installs, as those are often different to the ones configured on a web host by default. It could be anything from user permissions to missing library/modules, so my advice is to download the zip from ThemeForest, delete the current theme from WP and install the new one (settings will not be lost).

    Hi,

    1) You can do that when writing a post/page, either with the classic editor (WordPress’ default) or with a text section from the Page Builder. There’s a dropdown that should say “Paragraph” and you can choose various headings from there.

    2) Edit header.php and replace this: wp_title( '|', true, 'left' );

    with this: wp_title( '', true, 'left' );

    3) Click Customize in the top bar and edit the colors there.

    Hi,

    If you have the “include social sharing” option checked for your post, try unchecking it and update the post, to see if that turns it back on. Let us know.

    Hi,

    That’s because fonts on a Mac are bolder than on a PC, and that makes menu items exceed the maximum possible width that is allocated to the menu area.
    My suggestion is to try and use a drop-down menu, as there are too many items which exceed the menu width on Macs.

    Hi,

    What address are you inserting? Maybe it’s too specific and it can’t be found on Google Maps (this can happen as Maps doesn’t know all the street numbers, for example).

    Try resuming to city and street name, or look-up your location on Google Maps, then copy the address from there.

    Hi,

    Have you created portfolio categories, assigning portfolios to them all?

    Hi,

    The media import frequently fails on most servers. If your server will be able to download attachments, it should work after retrying it a couple of times.

    Hi Jenn,

    Since we get many requests, it’s impossible for us to remember details; and we’ve also moved to a forum instead of a ticketing system, so yes, please privately reply with the password and I’ll have a look.

    Sounds to me like the font-family in CSS is gone, or the lines that declare the Google fonts are missing from the theme header.

    Regards,
