Hello,

I successfully import everything, except the media. I made sure I checked that option “Download and import file attachments”

Any ideas ?

Hi there,

Do you get any error messages when you import?

Can you try increasing your php memory values, to match the following – http://cl.ly/Mjr1

If media fails to import, it’s usually something to do with server config.

Hi,

The media import frequently fails on most servers. If your server will be able to download attachments, it should work after retrying it a couple of times.
