Ed,
What do you recommend we do until the next update?
And about other words, do you have some suggestion?
– Actions in Wishlist (woocommerce_pt-BR.po)
– Item in Wishlist
– Showing the single productThanks,
November 29, 2013 at 7:01 pm #34449My quick fix for the billing/shipping address problem was to remove the placeholder (‘%s’) after ‘Edit’, that is:
<?php echo sprintf( __('Edit address', 'swiftframework' ), $name); ?>
This will echo ‘Edit address’ which can be translated.
December 2, 2013 at 12:43 am #34675I can’t find where to translate “Confirm password” field that shows up in account creation at checkout page. This is a pretty important area so I hope to get a solution – didn’t seen this string in either theme or woocommerce (using codestyling localization).
December 2, 2013 at 6:18 pm #34854Hello n8-b.
This problem in this way is that when the theme will be update, we will lost this.
Anyway is better than continue with problem.
Thanks,
December 2, 2013 at 9:31 pm #34889I think you can add the language files to wp-content/languages/themes/
I have the Spanish files as neighborhood-es_ES.po and neighborhood-es_ES.mo
Now, I read this should work, maybe someone with more knowledge can verify this.
December 4, 2013 at 8:24 pm #35337Hello Ed,
I still waiting fot help to translate this words:
Actions in Wishlist (woocommerce_pt-BR.po)
– Item in Wishlist
– Showing the single product
– ERROR: Incorrect password. Lost your password? Thanks,
December 4, 2013 at 8:25 pm #35338Hi myuption,
Even using po file, there are some words that don´t have translate in po file.
You will see this problem.
Thanks,
December 5, 2013 at 12:35 am #35400Oh, I meant as a backup, certainly, I can’t translate ‘Select’ in a variable product. 🙁
December 5, 2013 at 10:10 am #35455“Select” is part of the woocommerce files – please double check that?
@daniella.borges:
– Item in Wishlist – definitely translateable in v1.4 (main translation file)
– Showing the single product definitely translateable in v1.4 (main translation file)
– ERROR: Incorrect password. Lost your password? (this is WordPress as far as I’m aware)– Ed
December 5, 2013 at 12:03 pm #35473Ed,
I´ve as said, I translated this words, but this not show correctly, except “ERROR: Incorrect password. Lost your password?”, because this don´t exist in po file.
I forgot to mention “Actions in Wishlist”, that I translated well.
I know where I find this words in file, but I don´t want this way, because if the theme is update I will lost my information.
Thanks,
December 5, 2013 at 12:04 pm #35474@Myuption Did you update your po file using language5.zip that Ed put in this conversation? Because this resolved my problem with “Select” in variable products.
Thanks,
December 5, 2013 at 7:28 pm #35576“Actions in Wishlist” where is this?
As I said before, the error message is part of the WordPress strings. http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language

December 5, 2013 at 7:31 pm #35580“Actions” is in Wishlist.
Isn´t true, because this words has in po file but doesn´t show correctly
I saw this code and this words is words not strings.
If you need I can post the print screens.
Thanks,
December 5, 2013 at 7:33 pm #35582Actions is definitely in the file in v1.4 – https://www.dropbox.com/s/b9wdes9ta40vrq2/Screenshot%202013-12-05%2019.32.16.png
Try this for the error message? http://www.sutanaryan.com/how-to-filter-or-change-wordpress-admin-error-message/
