Indeed, I made a test, while updating the language files were erased.
1.3.4 can be downloaded from themeforest? Might be a better idea to update manually. :/
And those .DS_Store files, how to delete them all via ssh? 🙁
October 25, 2013 at 1:27 pm #28418Yes upon updating the theme all your customizations or changes you have done to the theme folder will be removed and replaced by the original theme. It’s the same if you update automatically or manually.
You can delete the .ds_store files from your server if you make invisible files visible.
Cheers
October 25, 2013 at 7:04 pm #28541Got it! Thanks.
Now… on a variable product when you set the options it appears ‘Select X attribute’
Where to translate that?
October 26, 2013 at 9:40 am #28627That is translatable in the WooCommerce strings.

October 26, 2013 at 5:14 pm #28678Hmm… can’t find it, inside the WooCommerce language files? Did a search and there doesn’t seem to be there.
October 28, 2013 at 10:24 am #28798Check this guide – http://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

November 2, 2013 at 7:52 pm #29679Indeed, I got the files translated, but some strings doesn’t seem to be implemented.
Right now ‘Show all x products’ is translated, but it is shown in English.
Also ‘Apply’ in the coupon section appears in Englsih.
Thanks ED
November 4, 2013 at 9:49 am #29788Hi there,
The “Showing all x products” string is part of the file in /language (the theme translation file).
The “Apply”/”Apply Coupon” strings are woocommerce strings though.

The Apply Coupon is indeed in the woocommerce translation, but it is already translated, maybe it is not implemented?
Thanks ED 😀
November 5, 2013 at 10:39 am #29995There is only one instance of that string, and it’s definitely set as a woocommerce textdomain:
<input type="submit" class="button" name="apply_coupon" value="<?php _e( 'Apply Coupon', 'woocommerce' ); ?>" />

November 5, 2013 at 6:20 pm #30040Hi I’m very busy with translating the theme/ site with Codestyling Localization.
In Codestyling Localization I get this ‘compatibility error’:Author is using load_textdomain function instead of load_plugin_textdomain some filters and actions wont work.
And indeed none of the translated files are used by Codestyling Localization.
What can this be? Location: schalx.nl
Kind Regards, brian
November 6, 2013 at 5:16 pm #30225That compatibility error can be ignored, it will be the meta-box framework.

November 22, 2013 at 9:00 am #32738Hello,
I have a same problem with “items” in a cart.php Because in portuguese when we use a plural form is “itens” not “items”. The code line is:
<h3 class=”bag-summary”><?php _e(‘Your Selection’, ‘swiftframework’);?> <span>(<?php echo $cart_count; ?>)</span></h3>
Others words, sincerely, I gave up, because are many words without possibility to translate in po. file.
Thanks,
November 22, 2013 at 9:15 am #32743Hello,
I saw that you put some words in version 1.3.4. My version is 1.3.3. But in the zip file I didn´t find this pot file. Without this, I can´t update my .po file.
Do you have this file or any idea?
Thanks,
