I managed to get into the WordPress admin using a proxy, but still can’t access the FTP – could this be the same geolocation restriction?

Apologies – I was testing the various FTP/SFTP methods as I wasn’t sure which one it was.

I am now in. I’ll start setting it up.

The error message that you mentioned in your first post – did you only get that in your logs? Is there somewhere I can check this when testing?

    Hi @renoelco

Neither of those are present in the theme or our plugin. They are there if the theme isn’t active (you can see if you enable WP_DEBUG mode). I can’t see the error message from swift framework because of the errors from one of the plugins you have active.

We have to have it as a plugin to comply with ThemeForest’s rules. I’ve uploaded the plugin now and It’s no longer a required or forced active.

If you could activate the swift framework plugin and see any errors on your cPanel log then I can resolve those.
