Thanks again for the update Ed. Just had another quick test after manually updating to Swiftframework 1.7.6 and theme ver 1.9.1 and the review problem is still present. I’m using a third party reviews plugin which disables the native reviews feature and inserts their own. Although the native reviews area no longer shows on the front end, the review stars are still shown.
The reviews system worked fine prior to the above updates, and also functions correctly with other test themes I have.
Many thanks
Thanks for the update Ed but it appears that the ‘desktop’ cart still inherits some of the menu rules e.g text transform
I’ve also found the following with the latest update:
– Having native reviews disabled has no effect on the star rating displayed on the front end- they still show. I’ve tested this with the twenty15 theme and the native stars aren’t displayed if disabled.
– The close button on modal windows seems to have a few styling issues.
Many thanks,

– Desktop cart on hover inherits values from admin>font options> menu font e.g If menu is set to uppercase the items shown on cart hover have uppercase font. On smaller screen size, the slideout cart inherits the ‘body font’ rule.
I think it would be better having both menu types use the body font rules rather than Menu font rules.
Many thanks
Happy New Year all!
Just to add to JackV’s list:
– Alignment of cart items. I think this area would look better if all items were vertically aligned and had equal top and bottom padding.
For the mobile qty issue it might be better to have each area full width, and for the qty amount to have a drop down selection.
Thanks

Hi David,
Thanks for the reply.
I’m using WP 4.4 and Atelier 1.8.6. I’ve attached an image of where the top bar link hover colour should be set, but it appears that the settings in the menu customiser are over-riding these.

Many thanks for the reply David.
1) That’s fine. I’m able to change that myself, just thought I’d put it forward as a suggestion.
For 2,3,4 and 6 I’m currently developing the site locally so don’t have a live example just yet. I’ll include links to other websites which exhibit a similar problem. Regarding problems 3 and 4 this appears to be inherited from the parent atelier theme so other clients of the theme will most likely have the same problem.
6) I’ve added the social icons using a shortcode but found out that adding ‘light’ when used on a dark background fixes that issue.5) I’m using the social shortcode for these. Although the end user is redirected to a https social page, on my website (and others) some links are appended with http or just www.
7) That’s great, thanks.
