Are you running on a windows platform?

Try opening /includes/options/defaults.php and changing line 13 to:

define('Redux_OPTIONS_URL', get_template_directory_uri() . '/includes/options/');

Can you change WP_Debug in wp-config.php and see what errors show up on the admin area? Hopefully that will show the issue.

Hi there,

Do you get any error messages when you import?

Can you try increasing your php memory values, to match the following – http://cl.ly/Mjr1

If media fails to import, it’s usually something to do with server config.
