Hi @michaeledi
This is actually intended – if this is over a coloured background it works as expected.
Unless I’m misunderstanding?
Thanks,
– Ed

Can you provide the image file you used before, and the max height setting that you had set, so that I can test this locally?

Hi Adam,
Ok, so this seems to be occurring because when the page loads, there is no scrollbar to the right of the page as the slider hasn’t yet loaded, then when it does load the scrollbar is needed, hence the shift in the content. What I suggest we try is adding this CSS, which will set the minimum height for the page, and should mean the scrollbar is there from the initial load. Please try adding this, and letting us know.
.home #container { min-height: 100vh; }
Thanks,
– Ed
Those fields are retrieved using the get_option() function, which WPML automatically overrides with each language – are you using the String Translation plugin?
– Ed
Great, we’ll include that in the next update. Marking as resolved.

Apologies for the delay, and thanks for the heads up with this issue. Please can you try adding this CSS, and we’ll include it in the next update:
.spb-row[data-col-v-pos="center"] > .spb_content_element { top: 50%; transform: translateY(-50%); position: relative; } .flexbox .spb-row[data-col-v-pos="center"] > .spb_content_element { top: auto; transform: none; }
Let us know.

Hi Anya,
If it breaks then it’s likely because the script used doesn’t support the characters, unfortunately. We’ll look into this for updates but for now, we would recommend trying another plugin.
Apologies we couldn’t be more help on this.
– Ed
Yes we added that, feel free to delete!

Happy to help, marked as resolved!

Hi there,
Nothing wrong your end, will be an issue with the release process of our build – we’ll check this for the next update!
Thanks,
– Ed
We don’t have that option built-in for products. You’d need to add this CSS:
.product_list_widget.woocommerce .products.multi-masonry-items .product.product-display-gallery, .product_list_widget.woocommerce .products.multi-masonry-items .product.product-display-gallery-bordered { margin-bottom: 0; padding: 0; } .multi-masonry-items .product figure { border-radius: 0; }
Thanks,
– Ed
Hi there,
Just tested on my iPhone and I don’t get that console error, and the back to top button works without issue. Have you tested on a device rather than the Chrome browser tool?
The issue is likely down to image optimisation, and utilising plugins such as WP Super Cache and Autoptomize to make the site run as quick as possibly.
