Hi @thiki
Are you only seeing this issue on posts? Can you please try installing this theme zip on the staging site – http://swiftideas.d.pr/Bj8zpN
Let me know.

The meta property is set correctly in the source code – can you create a test page with the social image added, and try sharing that to see if the image shows? My thoughts are that maybe linkedin has the URL cached without the image.

July 11, 2017 at 11:39 pm in reply to: Can't find the strings to change Language through PoEdit #331269Hi,
Looks like your files were very outdated. Whenever the theme is updated, you need to make sure to update your language files using the included .pot file. I’ve updated them for you here – http://swiftideas.d.pr/Mz24F0
If any aren’t present in that file, then they will be part of the WooCommerce translation file.
Hope that helps.

No problem, happy to help – glad that sorted it 🙂

Your version of Neighborhood is outdated, please update to the latest version which is WooCommerce 3.1.0 compatible as that may be the issue!

Hope that helps.

Hi Anya,
No problem. You would just delete Uplift, and then re-install using the version provided – the child theme can remain active.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

You can follow this guide: http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/how-to-manually-update-your-theme/

Can you let us know what the issue was so that we can check it out locally? I’d be interested to know the issue.
Not sure if you’ve seen the notice, but we’ve changed our support system and so far it’s enabled us to respond quicker and with better satisfaction.
Thanks,

Thanks for the heads up on this, we’ve fixed this – here is an adjusted build: http://swiftideas.d.pr/I4lfGY
Please let us know if that sorts for you!

Video backgrounds can’t play on mobile, as currently the device/browser requires the video play button to be clicked – obviously this can’t be done for a background video, so on mobile we fallback to the image setting.
Thanks,
