OK Thanks
Will live with that.Hi Sorry if I didn’t make my self clear, not sure which editor I have the one shown in your documentation is different to mind?
What I would like is an editor the same as the in documentation which has more tools ie. fonts size’s, styles, text colour etc.
There is one other question how do I change the colour of the default text on every page? Mind is very faint I believe the colour is #636466 normally this would be set in the body css but I don’t appear to access to the main css file.
Thanks
Okay thanks, that’s a bit more involved than I wish to get into at the moment so I will leave well alone and if needs be come back to it later.
I have enough to be going on with right now.
Thanks again.

Its easy when you know how.But could I ask another question.
How is the products per page and the pagination controlled.
I am new to this system so still finding my way around.
Thanks

I still couldn’t match the Home page the same settings didn’t appear to work, but by taking the settings from another page I have managed to get close to what is required.
Thanks again

I seem to be getting in deeper.
This morning before really doing anything I copied the database and changed name of index.html back, permissions set to 755
And now I am getting the following error. You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Its completely blocked me out.
Can you advise please.

I can only see one database in phpmyadmin totalmast within that there are table references to totalmast_sandbox.
How are you seeing two?
Not sure were the sandbox is come from.
I am still unable to login to admin and the home page is nearly there, contact from missing and there is a background image that shouldn’t be there. Not checked every page.
What WP and theme are now running.

Changed the debug to true.
You should be able to change files via the cpanel and the file manager. I am reluctant ask them they have been part of issue it’s a franchised hosting they don’t know what they are doing. We intend to move hosting when this is resolved.

using the same login as the ftp
