I have added a font-face to this website but the fonts ware not accessible. Didn’t used the right permissions. So because of that the iPad generated a space between header and slider. It’s now fixed!

And the oversize logo on the Android tablet was fixed with setting height for the logo to 42. The post http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/logo-issues-2/ was useful for this issue.

So this topic can be closed.

    Ho David,

Again I want to thank you for your time and help. Yes, this is a tricky thing to debug. I’m going to install FireBug Lite on my iPad and see what I can do. I hope I can solve this with custom css because I can’t deliver my work like it is right now.

It would be helpfull if you can throw this issue in your dev-group.

    Best wishes,

    Roy

    Hi David,

Yes I can see that the page is rendered correct but not on my iPad with iOS 10.3.1 Model: MNV62HC/A.
With Google Chrome and Safari it keeps having this space. Not only on my iPad but also on iPads of friends.

I know already that my customer wil not agree with this. Is there a work-around? It’s probably due to some mis-interpreting of iOS and will be fixed the next systemupdate. But in the meantime I need a fix.

I hope you can help me out.

    Best wishes,
    Roy

    Hi David,

I’m terrible sorry for the inconvenience!! The plugin image converter plugin appeared not to be working… I have scaled them manually and now the website works fine.

Thank you for your time and effort.

    Best wishes!

Hi I have cleared the cache.

But what you see on your screenshot here is also not good. The logo is going trough the revolutionslider…

I have added two screenshots from mobiletest.me website.

    Best wishes,

    Roy

    Hi David,

Wel yes. I can see only the first one and then it freezes the app and later it stops the app.
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.de-buut.nl/STF9wCiD the report looks good to me
Just tested it on my wifes iPhone 5c and after waiting almost one minute the loading of the page is ready and you can scroll the page.

    Thank you for your help.

    Best wishes

First: I have added your ip to the whitelist.

And about that crashing. If I’m using Google Chrome or Safari on my iPad and I’m visiting this page: https://www.de-buut.nl/schoolteam-geeft-en-kind-geborgen-gevoel/ then the page will not be fully reloaded. Only the first image and after a few seconds my browser will ‘crash’. It just stops working and I can start it again.

    Best wishes,

    Roy
