Hi,
Last week I noticed that on my iPad with iOS 10.3.1 I have a white gap between my header and my revolution slider.
On my older iPad and on my desktop I don’t have this problem. What I also noticed is that https://validator.w3.org says that
End tag for body seen, but there were unclosed elements.
From line 1254, column 2; to line 1254, column 8
and
Unclosed element div.
From line 214, column 5; to line 214, column 24Perhaps this is the cause for the white space I mentioned?
Please let me know your IP so I can whitelist you and you wil be able to login.
I hope you can help me with this issue. I spend this morning with deactivating plugins but that didn’t help. I think it’s in the theme.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best wishes,Roy

Can you clear the device cache?
April 27, 2017 at 4:42 pm #322604Hi I have cleared the cache.
But what you see on your screenshot here is also not good. The logo is going trough the revolutionslider…
I have added two screenshots from mobiletest.me website.
Best wishes,
Roy

Can you test these on a PC, not on a device. I see:
April 30, 2017 at 4:39 pm #322846Hi David,
Yes I can see that the page is rendered correct but not on my iPad with iOS 10.3.1 Model: MNV62HC/A.
With Google Chrome and Safari it keeps having this space. Not only on my iPad but also on iPads of friends.I know already that my customer wil not agree with this. Is there a work-around? It’s probably due to some mis-interpreting of iOS and will be fixed the next systemupdate. But in the meantime I need a fix.
I hope you can help me out.

Even using multiple emulators I cannot replicate your reported issues.
I will ask the team to also take a look.
May 4, 2017 at 11:09 am #323312Ho David,
Again I want to thank you for your time and help. Yes, this is a tricky thing to debug. I’m going to install FireBug Lite on my iPad and see what I can do. I hope I can solve this with custom css because I can’t deliver my work like it is right now.
It would be helpfull if you can throw this issue in your dev-group.
Best wishes,
Roy

May 4, 2017 at 6:51 pm #323422Hi @Jeff54
Have you updated to 3.3.42? I say this because we fixed an HTML structure issue, which is something that may cause this in older browsers.
Let us know!

June 5, 2017 at 10:34 am #326854I have added a font-face to this website but the fonts ware not accessible. Didn’t used the right permissions. So because of that the iPad generated a space between header and slider. It’s now fixed!
And the oversize logo on the Android tablet was fixed with setting height for the logo to 42. The post http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/logo-issues-2/ was useful for this issue.
So this topic can be closed.
June 5, 2017 at 10:44 am #326856Glad it’s sorted.
