Thanks for the input guys! Yeah the first answer by Barq helped with having the color swatches on the product pages instead of the dropdown. The real question is exactly what you said Kyle.

The first thing that they told me to do was test the same issue on the 2012 theme. Issue was not there on 2012. That means one thing… The issue is with Neighborhood. So I believe I now need to find another theme because I am on a tight deadline and this was a really big issue.

Here is the issue in screen captures..

This shows the initial CORRECT product Variation image showing in the background with something loading.

This screen shows you that not only did it load in another product OVER the right one but that it also loaded the thumbnails that are set for that Variation in which that product is set for ( the product whos variation showed up here ).

This does not happen at all if I do not assign the products to a category… I have tried all of the settings I could locate and nothing seems to work. If a support admin reads this please shoot me and email so I can give you access to this account.. I am hoping you can see the issue right away.

Is there anywhere to view the posts I am active on? I know some forums even show previous posts or recent posts in the user account page… I dont see that here so I have to dig for them.

ok, I may be narrowing it down some… If I remove my 3 products from the wallets category I am seeing the correct product image every time… It has to be something with a setting for categories…

Also I wanted to clarify.. The variations I set up under each product should load that default Selections image that I specify for that attribute…

But it is not. It looks like it is there then another loads over it. I dont even have this attribute specified for another product yet it is loading the wrong product image…

But I do not think that the demo sidebars are made with the categories widget. It seems the more I get into this system the more I see it is not going to fit my clients needs. She basically saw this theme and then designed her store around it, changing the main navigation to basically what boils down to a mix of categories and pages.

for instance… 2 categories and 1 standard page. I thought not a problem with the default menu system that wordpress has but when I go to add a category to my main navigation there are none listed. Almost like the Woo categories are not seen by WP.. Every step I take forward literally finds two more issues I need to deal with. And again, I am not a noob to wordpress.. commence hair pulling.

Is there anywhere that we can get a little more guidance as to how this is set up? I have installed that plugin and I am 100% lost… I have created an attribute called color and there are product attributes called color for my first product…

With every post I read here I find myself no closer to figuring issues out because so many responses are private 🙁 HEEEELLLLPPPP!

This is the exact same issue I have having. I have the product image and 1st gallery image set for the hover animation but when you click through to the product page with variations the thumbnails are messed up. The variation image displays in place of the set product image until you set the variation drop down to “Choose an option” and then the images set in the product page display the correct image when the thumb is clicked.. If you select another option then that image takes the place of the Product image again when that thumbnail is clicked…

This is a clean install and updated to recent versions of Neighborhood and Woo Commerce.

Was there an issue with the patch? Mine is not showing anymore and I do not recall changing anything to do with it. Is there a toggle I could have clicked on accident?

I see that some of the products in the demo have the lower thumbnails and others do not. Where is that turned on and off?

I have fixed the product images and it was just a size setting I missed. The question about the product slide up animation still has me baffled. How do I set those darn images?

I am having the same issue.. The uploaded file is large enough that when the required sizes are created it should be really good quality.

Attached is the Shop page with the first product showing and granted that its a jpg of a vector file for placement purposes, the quality is beyond unacceptable.

Responsive is turned off as well.
