OK, understood.
Thanks for the code though – that’s great!
have a great day
March 2, 2017 at 11:36 pm in reply to: Using Swift shortcode to apply lightbox video on Slider #315844Great – that works a treat. Thank you so much.
Two things though; how do we put text on the reverse side of that 3d button and is there anyway to force the Vimeo player frame to maintain 16.9 aspect ratio? Really difficult to get the player to have no black bars either top or sides when it’s playing.
thanks in advance

We love the 3d revolving button but want it to open a video within the page rather than linking to an external site.
The short code you offered in another thread does the trick but we’re having trouble getting that to work with the 3d button.

When editing the demo content, even the simplest of minor changes, such as altering only the text in the Slider Title, many of the other elements, such as some portfolio images or text boxes, disappear off the previewed page and become un-editable on the page to edit. I’ve also simply altered a few words of the Green text in the HomePage text block and that changes all the cell padding or spcaing.
Could there be any simple reason for this happening?
thanks in advance.
When importing the content as just as in the screenshot provided I get this:

Is this a problem with our Webhost?
many thanks in advanceThanks guys – that’s great!
OK, we’ve got a staging site set up under a different domain and put a fresh install of wp on it. Do you have a tutorial for installing Joyn from scratch please?
thanks in advance

Glad I asked first 😉
Many thanks
yeah, we’ve had plenty of people dipping into this and trying to make what we want work without success – we understood that ‘its just not possible with this theme’ but thought there must be a way surely?
Thanks for the clarification though.
Great thanks – we’ve been having no end of trouble with the video and getting optimum resolution to frame v browser sizes. Everything comes out inadequate here:
and as you can see, any resizing just crops the video.
We want this:
and believe this code will fix it but as to whether we can get that into the theme we don’t know.

January 13, 2017 at 8:51 pm in reply to: How to create a toggle switch with Portfolio-Thumbnails #310145I do understand that. Thank you anyway for your immediate response!
Hello David,
It’s the Swift Slider Video on the homepage at the very top, although the client has now changed their mind how they want it to work (yay). I’ll mark this as resolved for now, but should I need anything I’ll pop back over 🙂
Sorry for the late reply, had some time off work to use up my holiday!
Cheers!
