The same problem had been there on our live website too. We just moved our website from a Media Temple server to Kinsta server. While migrating to new server, we took time to do it properly this time by creating a child theme and move all theme modifications we did (very little) to child theme. And then we installed the new upgraded theme too because I was stuck with old swift theme due to the changes I made to core theme and not been able to document it. Finally up with new theme and saw this text builder disappeared from old pages and new pages. I took three days trying to figure out the problem but to no good. Finally, I gave it up and renewed the support on themeforest to get your guys hands in.

I am lucky that I paid attention to the recent posts and came across reddion post. Thanks mate.
@Rui you’re a life saver. Thanks for the awesome support. I cleared the cache, restarted PHP 7, and replaced the shortcodes.php file. And the page in edit mode is back in action as it should be. Thanks a lot.

Hello Kyle, I couldn’t find out an sf-header.php file. But I can see:
    1. sf-custom-styles.php
    2. sf-customizer-options.php
    3. sf-options.php
    4. header.php

    Which one should I edit?

    Thanks

Hello Rui, thanks for the help. It worked, and I reduced the width of input button to 50%.

But is there anyway you could help us to achieve:
    1) the subscribe button separated from email field with a little space/padding as in two rows.
    OR
    2) the email field and subscribe button be on the same row but with little space between each other.

We would be happy to go with either one of the options as whichever looks better/smarter.

P.S. I tried adding this to your CSS but it did not help me. padding-top: 5px !important

Thanks in advance for your help.

Once there is a theme update, I usually update theme as soon as you release it, will this php code has to be changed again in archives.php?

    Thanks

Hi Ed, a future update for a countdown timer would be a life saver.
I’m tired of using the existing paid plug-in that can only either sit on top of the header or via sidebar.
Sidebars are too precious to use it for a countdown timer 🙁 Would love to see a count down timer in swiftpage builder.

    Many thanks
