We will provide support to people that have edited their CSS files but we are restricted to custom work

The best way to add CSS to your theme would be “General Settings -> Custom CSS”

It sounds like you’re talking about the actual WP header bar, sadly this is wordpress and not the theme within wordpress, it’ll be more than a pain to add extra links into it.

It won’t be within the rules of my support contract so if it really bugs you I suggest you hire a freelancer
