rev slider not working. (shop page options not working)

I am on the “shop” page trying to have the rev slider at the top. All of the “page” options below the content box when editing the page DO NOT WORK.

– If I uncheck show page title, its still shows
– if I add rev slider, it does not show
– if I uncheck remove space from top/botom, nothing changes.
– if i change page title background. nothing changes.

My main issue is the slider. ITS NOT SHOWING UP.?!?!

yes the rev slider is setup with slides.

I tested this with a new page and it works on the new page. IT DOESNT work on the “shop” page.

This must be a bug of some sort?

Please help because this is slowing down my production / dev time on this project.

basically EVERY page option in “shop” doesnt work. It saves the settings but nothing works or changes.

Hi Guys,

Due to the way WooCommerce handles the shop page, it is not possible for these options to be hidden/used on the page, hence why you see them as not working. The only options for this page are set in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options.

They are not meant to work, but we’re hoping to be able to find a way around this limitation in the future.

For now, if you want to create a page with those controls, you can use the product page builder assets.
