Ok, so I started deactivating plugins.
It ended up being the Jetpack plugin. After deactivating jetpack and turning responsive back on, the displayed code snippet ceased to show in a mobile rendering.
Allan
Can it be turned off?
I would like to customize a mobile template.I think the responsive setting function is screwing with a Jetpack mobile plugin.
thanks

I have been making an error, it’s the Theme Options I am looking to work with.
nonprofit-theme-options.txt
Where to I locate this file to be able to use it.?
Allan
Then what is the demo content for?
I have to be honest, your customer support is pretty bad.
hi ed,
Sorry to be so thick… I am not quite getting it. I have attached a image grab of my download file expanded and my html directory on my godaddy server. My assumption is that the lowercase “pinpoint” folder is the child directory.
I see the Demo content nested in the Pinpoint 1.4 directory. Where do I move the demo content to and which files go where. re the content xml’s and the theme options.
Thanks so much.
Allan
What is the name and location of the child theme in 1.4.
Also, If I started customizing in 1.4 will I still lose my customization is I
update to 1.5 Pinpoint. I have two folders Pinpoint 1.4 and pinpoint.
Allan
I just can’t get a handle on the following.
When I am working on mt pinpoint theme I would like to be ableto integrate some of the demo templates into my site design.
I just can not see how I move the templates and where I would move them to.
Are the demo templates able to be imported or utilized from within the WordPress and Templete
UI?Thanks,
Allan
I have a simpler question.
How do I import the demo files in the active directory so that I can use them.
Thanks
Allan
OK I think I am going nuts.
I have been attempting to utilize the demo templates that come with Pinpoint. I have attempted to re-import the main XML file.
I am developing another WP site hosted on a different domain. I logged into that WP admin to see how templates were showing in the Zenon Pro template. When I select add page and then select a template, upon preview
the page template is active. In Pinpoint when I go to select a page template on a new page, all I see are the two default templates, normal and full width.
I also just update to the 1.5 version of pinpoint. Wigets I had in Sidebar one prior to the upgrade are now located above my footer but below my content. I can not figure out where to edit that content.
thanks
Allan
