I’ve just tested 2 other sites and found varying results again, no 2 sites are exactly the same. It even differs within the same site.

The uploaded image is more than double the size of how it’s appearing and it’s the size the documentation states. Can you update the documentation if this isn’t correct?
What size should the image be? I don’t want to keep recropping all day until I happen to find the right size.
October 31, 2016 at 5:35 pm in reply to: Cannot vertically align elements within a row and horizontal scroll #299640I had to change the password as I forgot it for another ticket:

I’m still getting the same errors as my original screen shots (chrome/mac). The second screenshot isn’t properly aligned, the top of the elements are level – not the middle.
October 31, 2016 at 5:33 pm in reply to: Permissions issue (might be linked to certain swiftbuilder elements) #299639That’s actually even weirder, the preview you’re seeing (and I’m seeing) is of the homepage – it should just be the blog. This is all of the data in that page:
[spb_blog blog_type=”bold” gutters=”no” columns=”4″ fullwidth=”yes” item_count=”10″ category=”All” offset=”0″ order_by=”date” order=”DESC” show_title=”yes” show_excerpt=”no” show_details=”yes” excerpt_length=”20″ content_output=”excerpt” show_read_more=”yes” social_integration=”no” twitter_username=”swiftideas” blog_filter=”no” pagination=”infinite-scroll” alt_styling=”no” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

October 28, 2016 at 11:07 am in reply to: Cannot vertically align elements within a row and horizontal scroll #299303I’ve just tested this on some new rows and still getting the same issue, either they won’t align at all or I’m getting bizarre padding.
On the homepage for example:
The row with the multilayer parallax has the two elements aligned at the top
The first row with the portfolio example has the correct padding when set to default, but adds about 300px at the bottom when set to centre. This disappears if I resize my browser window.Attachments:

The help descriptions on the hover over suggest that ‘column content position’ should have done the job.
On every other row the second setting has worked fine, the reason I wasn’t using ‘row column position’ was because it totally screwed up a number of rows on another site.
Have you looked at the horizontal scroll?
October 26, 2016 at 3:31 pm in reply to: Vertically Center Elements gone – Full width display reset to standard! #298822Hi Ed,
I’ve followed all instructions and cannot get my column content to align centrally within every row. Some are fine, two columns of text is ok, as is text by an image. Text by galleries or multilayer parallax definitely isn’t working. It happens regardless of whether or not the elements are within a column.
WordPress, themes and plug ins are up to date. I’ve also tried removing any plug ins that didn’t come with the themes. I have numerous sites running Atelier or Cardinal and can replicate the issue on all of them.
Please could you update us on a fix? I’ve spent a day bodging rows back into place with padding which I’m going to have to remove again when the issue is resolved.
I’m pretty desperate to get this resolved!

Hi David, I’m not sure I understand why this only affects some thumbnails though when literally every single image is a different aspect ratio, surely every single post should be different if this is the case?
Would you be able to let me know the best size for cropping and I’ll manually change the ones that are wrong.

This isn’t the multi-masonry layout, I’m using Standard, 3 column, 4 column and 5 column. All of the thumbnails in the demo content are even (http://swiftideas.com/elements/recent-posts/) , as they are on 2 other sites I run with this theme, just not this one.
