    Your user account needs to be the same owner as WordPress, just basic write permissions to /wp-content

    Can you ask your host(s) to check that?

    You think this could be because I changed the name of the theme folders? This is usually not a problem.

    @rpd2 – I don’t think that changing the theme name would be an issue.

    Can you click the “Apply to enclosed” button?

    I am getting: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/subvertl/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1803

    So I took out on the functions: while ( file_exists( $dir . “/$filename” ) ) {
    if ( ” == “$number$ext” )
    $filename = $filename . ++$number . $ext;
    else
    $filename = str_replace( “$number$ext”, ++$number . $ext, $filename );

    It loads way faster.. But I dont know if thats the issue.

    Did you email me for the latest build? I’m hoping that the theme options framework update may resolve your issue.

    From the lines you’ve pasted above, it still looks like a permissions issue (something not to do with CHMOD) as that is checking that a file_exists, which may time out if it can’t use that function to check folders.

    Thank you for creating an amazing theme but unfortunately it is not working for me.

    Is it possible to get refund if this is not resolved? I will be happy to re-purchase once this is fixed.

    Hi @rpd2,

    Apologies that you’re still having issues – again this looks to be a setup issue. I understand the frustration and I want to work with you to resolve it. I don’t see the theme at fault, but I want you to be able to use and enjoy it, as I know you will once this issue is solved.

    @yeloman
    – I wish we had the power to offer refunds, but unfortunately only Envato possess that power, you would need to request a refund from their support guys – http://support.envato.com . I’m gonna check your site again now and try and pin down the issue.
