Hi,

The theme/plugins are all updated. Yet I cannot understand why the site is not loading.

Please can you send that error log and ask if they spot anything server related? Can you also ask them what your server php.ini memory is?

sorry, Memory limit on WordPress hosting is 128mb.
and the php.ini memory is at 99M.

it was just upgraded to 128M.

ok so my server host recommended to do the wp-config.php to and change the debug to true.
now is the error that’s showing now on my page.

they did, and there’s no error on the server.

i just messaged with them again and this is what they sent me:

The error log shows the following error: [Fri Nov 06 11:26:39 2015] [error] [client 86.134.56.15] File does not exist: /home/129860/domains/creativebark.com/html/portfolio, referer: http://creativebark.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=portfolio – In addition, a scan of the site i resulting in a fatal error.

so i got the template to work by activating the woocommerce plugin. pretty unusual since i’m not using that function.
either way its all up and running.
