    You should update our plugin SwiftFramework to the latest version

    Try that, clear the cache and test again.

    Just updated the framework, cleared my cache and nothing. It doesn’t load in safari nor chrome.

    Hi,

    Your plugin Swift Framework has not installed correctly, likely because you uploaded it without deleting the old plugin files.

    Please use your FTP to delete the SF plugin files and then upload the new files(unzipped) from the link Rui gave.

    Can you enable wp-debug inside the wp-config.php?
    https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

    Also check in the server error logs for any additional info.

    I updated the plugin from WordPress directly. Can you please give me instructions as in where to exactly upload the new file? I never use the FTP

    The credentials lead me to an empty directory.
