    Also under plugins / Layerslide it needs to be updated but it says that I don’t have the license for this.
    I believe this is one of the joyn plugins as well.

    I was chatting with my server company (media temple) and shared your screenshot.
    This is what they sent me:

    FileZilla is attempting to use TLS encryption with a regular FTP connection. This will not work and is an issue with the new version of FileZilla. To resolve the issue they will need to create a connection in File/Site Manager, and select plain FTP only as the encryption type.

    I use cyberduck and I can connect to the FTP easily.

    Let me know if that resolves the issue to connect to the FTP.

    With that option I can get in but can’t download anything to see the content.
    Something strange that I notice is that this files in the screenshot attached should be in the initial directory where it exists the wp-config.php

    Something was copied to the wrong place.

    Can’t you get any backup prior to the point where it was working?
