Swift Page Builder error when switch

I have activate the plugin’s and update al plugins (also the last 2 plugins how gives errors)

Carousel don’t work, inspection: TypeError: carouselInstance.carouFredSel is not a function. (In ‘carouselInstance.carouFredSel’, ‘carouselInstance.carouFredSel’ is undefined)

The mobile website doesn’t work… De language switchen Dutch / English, doesn’t work on mobile. (look at the attachment)

What were you last actions? Last friday ik disable all plugins (after your request). Until 18:00 is activate the plugins.

Did the login works?

This is week 4 and the pagebuilders and carousel doesn’t work well.. You collega (Rui) and you doesn’t fix the problem well.

What can we do?? our website is 4 weeks a mess..

In the attachment you see some screenshots of our site. Some details are hidden below the header. Our webdesign says that the page builder doesn’t work well…
