Swift Page Builder error when switch

Hi, a couple of days Swift Page Builder doesn’t display correctly.

WHAT IS DOING: Swift Page Builder doesn’t show the window, only appears wordpress version of code.
HOW TO REPRODUCE ERROR: Try to switch to “Page Builder” using the red button in “pages/01PC-Home Custom: lmata” or “post/Article Example Template”
WHAT ELSE HAPPENS: In console appears an “TypeError: switchEditors.switchto is not a function”.(I included an image with the error).

Having the very same problem, It was working fine for weeks while we worked, it then stopped working on Chrome but now not working at all. Can you please advise on how to fix ASAP as we are just finished the site.

you should update to the latest version 3.16 and it should be ok

The problems happened only when you are in the Text tab of the editor and try to switch to the Swift Page Builder, it won’t happen if you changed first to the visual tab.

After much research, we have found that this issue is received by the on changing the site server. We have tracked the possible solution to this on the support page of the theme. But we are unable to access this section because we do not have the valid login to access it.

Can you please provide us with the login for the theme purchase or login it yourself to raise a ticket for resolving this.

Can you explain what is the current issue on your site regarding the page builder?
Also the link you posted it’s not complete so I can open that one.

Hi Rui,
There is no content in de page builder boxes. In de attachment a printscreen classic an with page builder.
