    Hi there,

    I just updated to the latest Woocommerce version and the whole site went blanc. http://www.thecookstays.com

    Any wild ideas on what the root cause could be?

    Thanks again!

    KInd regards.

    @creatorofstuff – what wasn’t right about that quickview plugin I suggested?

    Hmm – can you send me the WooCommerce plugin and I’ll check it out here to see what’s up.

    @thecookstays
    – looks like it could be memory related. Either check the server logs, or enable WP_DEBUG within wp-config.php

    Thanks for the tip Ed! The fatal error came from the Multisafepay plugins.
    I have asked them to have a look at it.

    Great support as always!

    Thanks again!

    @creatorofstuff if you can send me the zip file of the plugin, it will be much easier as I can test it locally.

    Thanks.

    Simply add this css to hide it:

    div.pp_woocommerce .pp_details {
    display: none;
    }

    Happy to help!

    Hi,
    Just add the !important tag like this

    div.pp_woocommerce .pp_details {
    display: none!important;
    }

    Great.

    I think so only Ed can confirm this. But since is also in your custom css you won’t have a problem with it.
