We design and build websites, products and AI. One senior team, end to end.

Swift Ideas is Ed and Migle Cousins, two senior founders who design and engineer websites, web platforms, AI products, mobile apps and games, then see each one through launch.

A demonstration on a loop: a website for a made-up loft conversion firm is designed, built, made responsive, then given an assistant that answers a visitor asking for a quote and notes that it checked the price list.

An assistant that answers visitors from your own content, and shows what it checked.

Look closer.

8 projects, each designed and built end to end: sites for clients, concept builds and products of our own.

Every product is five layers deep.

Products usually break where one specialist hands over to the next. We design and engineer all five layers ourselves, so the seams between them are ours to get right. Pull the lid up to see what lives on each one.

What we build

Twelve kinds of work, from a single AI feature to a whole platform. Each has its own page: what you get, how the work runs and how engagements usually start.

How a build runs

  1. Tell us the idea

Send what you have, however rough. You get a written read back: what we would build first, what we would leave out, and why.

  2. Something you can click

The first thing you review is working software on a real URL. Decisions get made against the product, not a slide.

  3. Built in the open

The two of us design and engineer every layer. You see the same staging link, board and repository we do, every week.

  4. Launched and looked after

We launch with monitoring and evals for anything a model touches, then tune against real use or hand over cleanly.

Bring the idea. We’ll build all of it.

Tell us what you want to exist and who it is for. The two people who reply are the two people who will build it.
