Great theme and inversely proportional post sale and support. NEVER got any of my posts replied. Unless another theme by them is simply a must have, never buying from them again.

@swiftideas All that has been written here is understandable. And no one, i think, wishes to even need support, but since none of the files you provide work it is totally understandable that customers will expect new and working files. Yes, after a lot of time, you have provided new xml files, but i already wrote back saying they didn’t work and I’m still waiting on an answer… There has been a lot of discussion and little solution. Again I don’t want support from Swift Ideas, only files that work. WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD RESPONSE TIME? 24H? 48H? Can you provide new working xml files?

@eccesso, tks for you help with this xml. Unfortunately it shows an error:
Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

Any ideas? Yould you be willing to help me do this installation?

I’m jealous man!! I’ll never be able to do all the procedures you describe!! What now??? Ed? PLEASE!! HELP ME TODAY or I will choose to, unfortunately, get my money back. It can’t be expected of us to all that Eccesso did. What do you say? Tks! Theme is installed but i can’t upload any of the new xml files you sent me.

Ecesso, ultimately, you you consider helping me with this issue? I’d be willing to pay you and grant you access to the cpanel, FTP and all that!!!

Ed, the answe to your question is NO. I uploaded the right theme, but this theme of yours have all the wrong files. 🙂 PLEASE, CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH ALL THE RIGHT FILES? ZIPPED THEME FILES AND ALL THE SEPARATED XML FILES? PLEASE!!! tks!

Guys, now, uploading the theme again I get this:
O pacote não pôde ser instalado. O tema está sem a folha de estilo style.css.
it means that the style.css file can’t be found!! PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!
Too many day are going by and i still haven’t started this page.
