Well I updated it to 2.3.14 and it still doesn’t work… It won’t even load properly and then i go back to the editor and all the work is gone…

If you can’t tell me what php version I have, I doubt I can tell you much more…
All I know is that before the last wordpress update it was working fine and now it doesn’t anymore.
Am I the only one having this problem?

I noticed I was using 2.4.1, just upgraded to 2.4.2. Tried to upgrade the master slider plugin again and it’s the same problem.

I have the same problem, I’ve uploaded the version above in the FTP and I still can’t update to the 2.26.0 version of the master slider pro… That prevents me from importing the demo which will save me a lot of time.

When I click on “View detail” for the 2.26.0 version, I get the screenshot here in the attachment.

Is there a way to fix this?
