Hi,
I can give you FTP acces, but maybe, this is easier?
These are lines 174 to 187:<div> <ul class="theme-info"> <li><?php printf( __('By %s','swiftframework'), $this->theme->display('Author') ); ?></li> <li><?php printf( __('Version %s','swiftframework'), $this->theme->display('Version') ); ?></li> <li><?php echo '<strong>'.__('Tags', 'swiftframework').':</strong> '; ?><?php printf( $this->theme->display('Tags') ); ?></li> </ul> <p class="theme-description"><?php echo esc_attr($this->theme->display('Description')); ?></p> <?php if ( $this->theme->parent() ) { printf( ' <p class="howto">' . __( 'This <a href="%1$s">child theme</a> requires its parent theme, %2$s.', 'swiftframework' ) . '</p>', __( 'http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes','swiftframework' ), $this->theme->parent()->display( 'Name' ) ); } ?> </div>
Thanks for your answer. Please let me know wen it’s fixed (and how).
Thanks for your answer. But it is not the answer We are looking for;-)
We know where to fill the Yoast SEO and the Yoast meta descriptions are already added manually. Also it seems that Google can find and index these descriptions, but….
Please take a look at the screenshot attached. (This is the product: http://thuisrecycling.nl/product/dumil-extra-lange-afvalzak-35l-xl-kopie).
As you can see, it says: ‘The text contains 3 words. This is far below the recommended minimum of 300 words. Add more content that is relevant for the topic.’.
In the descriptions we don’t have only 3 words. There are far more words in the product description.
Yoast can’t read these description texts. And because Yoast can’t read them, we don’t see the green bullets when the SEO settings are good.
In the admin product overview we only see red dots. This way we can’t see what products need optimising and what products are already optimised. Is this a problem in the theme, in the swift framework or somewhere else?
And – more important- how can we solve this?Attachments:

I can’t make an actual screenshot. This is what a client send me. As said, not all clients are facing this problem. Me for myself have no problems, so I can’t reproduce this error.
I can ask this client to test again when all plugins are turned of. Thanks.
I’ve removed the errorlog.
Then browsed a bit and checked the error log.
The lines are still added.I don’t know how serious this error is?
We are facing problems with checkout…
For SOME of my clients (not all) there is an error message at checkout.
They fill out all needed info (name, address, etc.), but when they click on ‘checkout’ there is an error message on top of the screen that says that they did not fill out all needed information. Can this error be related?

December 1, 2016 at 4:15 pm in reply to: Product description gone after Theme update from 2.1.60 to 2.4.15 #304712Because my product descriptions were not visible I’ve restored the back-up files.
Some helpdesks are faster then others. You are quite fast, but there was a risk that the products would not be visible during waiting for the helpdesk to answer.
So that’s why I’ve decided to put restore te back-up.
I can try to update again. But do you have any idea why this happens?December 1, 2016 at 3:30 pm in reply to: Product description gone after Theme update from 2.1.60 to 2.4.15 #304699Could the pagebuilder be turned of automaticly after the update?
BTW…For now I’ve placed back the back-up. So at this moment al looks just fine.
December 1, 2016 at 3:28 pm in reply to: Product description gone after Theme update from 2.1.60 to 2.4.15 #304695This problem happens at ALL products. As far as I know the pagebuilder is on. Is there a way to turn this off for all products?
I have not changed anything in the products. After updating the product description is gone for all products.
