Hi,
I’ve been asked to update this website.
But when I update the theme, something strange happens …. the productdescription is gone and the featured products are showed twice on the page; ones in stead of the product description and once as it should be (under the product description). See image attached.Please help, how can we solve this?

Not sure if you did it, but you need to update the theme and the Swift Framework.

Is the Page Builder Enabled on those product pages? Please be sure the Page Builder button within a product has be clicked.
December 1, 2016 at 3:28 pm #304695This problem happens at ALL products. As far as I know the pagebuilder is on. Is there a way to turn this off for all products?
I have not changed anything in the products. After updating the product description is gone for all products.

BTW…For now I’ve placed back the back-up. So at this moment al looks just fine.

Some helpdesks are faster then others. You are quite fast, but there was a risk that the products would not be visible during waiting for the helpdesk to answer.
So that’s why I’ve decided to put restore te back-up.
I can try to update again. But do you have any idea why this happens?December 1, 2016 at 7:34 pm #304783Can you update it so I can look at it?
